The following terms apply to all property transactions with Polo City:

• All bookings require a valid CNIC and completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Booking amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Booking Application Form.
• Payment plans are subject to terms specified in the Agreement to Sell signed between the buyer and Polo City.
• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to applicable taxes and government fees.
• Transfer of title is subject to full payment and completion of all legal documentation.
• Polo City reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of fraud, misrepresentation, or non-payment.

When using our website, you agree not to:
