The Polo City Story
2019
The Vision is Born
A group of visionary entrepreneurs and real estate professionals come together with a shared dream: to create Pakistan's finest housing society. The concept of Polo City — inspired by the royal sport — takes shape. Land acquisition begins on Main Adyala Road, Rawalpindi.
2020
RDA Approval & Foundation
Polo City receives full approval from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), a landmark achievement that validates the project's legal integrity. Construction of the main boulevard and Block A infrastructure begins.
2021
Phase 1 Launch & Block A
The official public launch of Polo City takes place. Block A plots sell out within months. The first 50 families take possession of their plots. The Grand Mosque foundation is laid.
2022
Amenities Come to Life
The Polo Ground, first lake, and main commercial area are inaugurated. The Polo City Club opens its doors. Blocks B and C are launched to overwhelming demand.
2023
International Recognition
Polo City wins the Pakistan Real Estate Excellence Award for Best Luxury Housing Society. Phase 2 development begins with Blocks D and E. The international school opens with Cambridge curriculum.
2024–Present
Expanding Excellence
With 500+ families already in residence, Polo City continues to grow. Phase 3 Farmhouse Zone opens, the second lake is completed, and the Golf Course begins construction. Polo City stands as Pakistan's undisputed luxury housing benchmark.
